Regional Event 2022: Long-Term Climate Strategies in LAC (Evento Regional 2022: Estrategias Climáticas de Largo Plazo)
LEDS LAC is hosting a regional event on Long-Term Climate Strategies (LTS). This event seeks to demonstrate both the advances that countries in the LAC region have made in their LTS as well as the gaps and needs that still exist in the region. Additionally, this event will showcase tools and resources that organizations across the region have created to support and strengthen different elements and processes of LTS.
This event will be hosted on November 29th, 2022 and will consist of three different sessions:
- Session 1 (Register Here): Perspective of National Governments and Non-State Actors: Progress to the Date – 09:00 (PER/COL) – 11:00 (CHI/ARG)
- Session 2 (Register Here): Learn about the tools and resources that support LTS – 11:30 (PER/COL) – 1:30 PM (CHI/ARG)
- Session 3 (Register Here): Post-COP27 Reflections on LTS in LAC- 15:00 (PER/COL) – 17:00 (CHI/ARG)
